- Home Art, Fine Art & Photography Entries Received for Judging: July 14 & 15 from 2 to 8 pm
- Delivery of Baked Foods & Floriculture vary, please consult the exhibitor guidebook (below) for specific times.
- Pick-up of entries: Monday, August 10 from 12 to 7 pm.

No Late Entries Will Be Accepted
The Sonoma County Fair does not accept late entries. There are no exceptions to this rule, and it is strictly enforced to ensure fair competition for all entrants.

Become a Fair Volunteer!
The Sonoma County Fair is seeking volunteers for the summer fair, July 28 to August 9, 2009. Volunteers will be asked to commit to 4 hour shifts and must be at least 14 years old (parental consent required for minors); volunteers will receive passes to the fair, a t-shirt and will be treated to a reception at the conclusion of the fair.
