The Sonoma County Fair livestock shows are the annual showcase of the best of the best, with exhibitors from throughout the state as well as hundreds of animals from the dairies and ranches for which Sonoma County is famous.

Steer Entries Open March 1st, 2024 - April 6th, 2024: https://sonoma.fairwire.com/
All steer exhibitors will be required to attend the steer pre-registration and weigh-in on Sunday, April 14th from 9am - 12pm. All steers will be weighed, tagged, and entered into the 2024 Sonoma County Fair Market Steer show at the pre-registration. You may bring as many steers as you would like to the pre-registration but a maximum of two market animals per exhibitor will be allowed to exhibit at the fair. Please enter your steers online, prior to Sunday's weigh-in.
 
Market Lamb and Goat Entries Open April 1st, 2024 - May 15th, 2024: https://sonoma.fairwire.com/

All lamb and goat exhibitors will be required to attend the pre-registration and weigh-in on Saturday, May 18th from 9am - 12pm. All lambs and goats will be  tagged, and entered into the 2024 Sonoma County Fair Market Lamb & Goat show at the pre-registration. You may bring as many lambs/goats as you would like to the pre-registration but a maximum of two market animals per exhibitor will be allowed to exhibit at the fair.
 
Market Swine Entries Open April 1st, 2024 - June 1st, 2024: https://sonoma.fairwire.com/

All market swine are required to be ear tagged with the official Sonoma County Fair tag before entering online. Photos of the exhibitor and the pig will be submitted during the online entry process. Please Upload 2 photos: a side profile of the Exhibitor with the Market Hog, and a photo of the Market Hog with the official SCF ear tag clearly visible in the hog's ear. Market Hog Tags are available now at the Sonoma County Fair Entry Office for leaders & advisors to pick up. YOUTH QUALITY ASSURANCE

To participate in the Sonoma County Fair youth livestock program (excluding horse, cavies & dogs), all exhibitors 9 years of age and older, must obtain annual certification in the Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) program. Certification number must be submitted at the time of entry. Course can be completed at YQCA Program.
