Get ready to spark your spirit with Red, White & Pillow Fights this Fourth of July at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds as we celebrate 250 years of American independence! Join us for an unforgettable evening filled with excitement, laughter, and community pride as we commemorate America's 250th birthday and host the largest fireworks display in the area.

This celebration is about more than watching the sky light up with dazzling colors—it's about coming together as a community to honor our nation's history, celebrate our freedom, and enjoy the spirit of summer.

Families can dive into the fun with the World Championship Pillow Fights, where friendly competition and laughter reign supreme! Enjoy music from a fantastic DJ and live singers, a special presentation by the U.S. Coast Guard Honor Guard, exciting kids' activities, and mouthwatering local food and refreshing beverages that are sure to satisfy every appetite.

This celebration truly has something for everyone, so gather your family and friends and create lasting memories at this cherished Sonoma County tradition as we celebrate 250 years of American independence together!

Event access is only $10 per person (includes parking and event access), children in carseats are free (6 and under), day of sales only.

Gates open at 5pm ~ Fireworks at 9:15 pm

Avoid the peak traffic- plan to arrive early, before 9:15pm

SRPD and our event management team are working together to ensure that traffic flows smoothly after the event. Safety is a top priority to us, so please have patience, be mindful of pedestrians and expect traffic in the area of the fairgrounds from 9:45-10:30pm.

Compete in the 2026 World Pillow Fighting Championships

Applications are now open for the 2026 World Pillow Fight Championships at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds. A $30 application fee will be required upon notification that your
application has been approved.
